The current status of heat pipe R&D

Absolute thick target yields, in terms of neutrons per steradian per triton, of the Li6(t, n)Be8 and Li7(t, n) Be9 reactions are presented. An angular distribution for 2.60-Mev tritons and an excitation function at 0° for tritons in the range 0.80 to 2.60 Mev are given. The Li7 yields are generally about three times larger than the Li6 yields. Some details about the neutron spectra are presented
