INL joins with Idaho universities on advanced projects
New Strategic Understanding for Premier Education and Research (SUPER) agreements signed by Idaho National Laboratory, Boise State University, and the University of Idaho will foster collaboration among the institutions in advanced energy and cybersecurity projects. The five-year agreements are designed to open doors for research and development opportunities, while advancing existing research and development initiatives, including projects in nuclear energy and high-performance computing.

The 12th ANS Topical Meeting on Nuclear Plant Instrumentation and Control and Human-Machine Interface Technology Conference (NPIC&HMIT) will be embedded in the 2021 ANS Annual Meeting in Providence, RI. NPIC&HMIT is the preeminent venue for sharing nuclear I&C and human factors research, development, deployment and application, and best practices, through a mix of technical presentations and panel discussions (invited and contributed). This panel session will preview the topics that will be discussed at the upcoming conference.
