While there’s no substitute for real, in-person communication with conference attendees, we are committed to providing the most robust virtual exhibit around.

As part of your virtual booth, you will have a dedicated page for your company on the meeting platform. Included on this page will be:

  • Description of your products and/or services
  • Your company logo linked to your website
  • Contact request form for attendees to notify you of their interest
  • Link to a prerecorded three-minute video supplied by your company

Additionally, there will be time provided (one hour before daily sessions begin and thirty minutes between sessions) for you to launch your own zoom meeting to discuss your company with conference attendees. Your virtual booth package will also include five complimentary registrations for the conference.
