During this session, INPO will discuss the state of the industry from a plant reliability standpoint and industry lessons learned to date from reviews of IER-21-04, Improving Plant Reliability. Discussions will focus on consistent themes and lessons learned that have been identified in Organizational Effectiveness, Engineering, Operation, Maintenance and Work Management recommendations. Insights from several recommendations that have been statused as Further Action Required (FAR) will be provided to highlight behavioral gaps that led to that status. Following an update on the lessons learned there will be a discussion on the next phase and what is next to improve plant readability in the industry.
