**Guests are welcome to attend reception and/or after-hour events or specialty tours that are designated with an extra ticket and a name badge. However, sessions, meals and the exhibit hall are not part of the guest badge. We encourage everyone wanting to add those items to their itinerary to purchase a full registration.

No refunds or cancellations will be issued after May 23, 2025. Cancellations made before May 23, 2025, are subject to a cancellation fee of $150. No refunds will be issued after May 23, 2025. Cancellations must be made in writing to registrar@ans.org.
